1. Nature of Products
Handmade Hearts items are individually handcrafted by artisans. Due to the handmade nature of crochet and floral artistry, slight variations in stitch tension, dimensions, and dye shade can occur. These natural variations make every piece distinct and unique.
2. Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders submitted via this website initiate a conversation on WhatsApp. An order is deemed accepted only after our team confirms item availability, delivery timeline, and receives payment confirmation via UPI or bank transfer.
3. Custom Orders & Cancellations
Custom orders are tailored to the customer's specific colors and descriptions. Because materials are allocated specifically for custom orders, cancellations cannot be accepted once crafting has commenced.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We take all precautions to pack your bouquets in reinforced boxes. In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with photos of the parcel, and we will work to make it right.
